Hi and welcome to summer!
The photos above are of the woods on McElwee Rd. planted by our 'President's Award for Outstanding Garden,' winner for April. Unfortunately, most of the daffodils are spent now, and after the heat of this weekend, they'll be just a beautiful memory.
But next year, it will be worth a drive by to see them.
By the way......McElwee is located off of Hartford and is a good road to take over to Creek Rd. on the way to the Boundary Creek Natural Resource Area, where there will be a FREE Spring Nature Program. The program is called Birding at Boundary Creek and will be held three times in May.... Tues. the 5th, from 9am to 11am, Saturday May 2 at 9am, and Saturday, May 30 at 8am. Boundary Creek is a natural bird magnet. The guide will explore the fields, forests, and wetlands for the many birds that use this important habitat. Take binoculars, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - 609-265-5068.
It really is a lovely spot with a human sun dial and an extensive boardwalk to the edge of the Rancocas Creek where lookout spots afford a great view of the water and wetlands. We're lucky to have this park in Moorestown. Check it out.
Fondly, Jolee

Lovely! And what a good photographer you are! We need more sunshine and less rainy days.
